Our Recruiter Connect (RC) Specialists have streamlined the process of assessing and validating qualified veterans and military spouses for open positions. We quickly and efficiently deliver the best applicants directly to your recruiters' desktops.

VetJobs receives between 600-800 new resumes weekly and offers the most diverse and extensive pool of military-affiliated job candidates anywhere (over 250k active candidates total), yet our costs remain the lowests in the industry.  We invite employers to explore our comprehensive hiring packages and put us to work finding the top talent for your organization. Our success is proven and unparalleled. Since 2010, VetJobs has placed over 86,000 military-affiliated candidates into quality well-paying jobs!

VetJobs is not in the business of using our candidates, or their resumes, for profit. We have created economical job packages none of our peer organizations can match, and our yearly audits routinely show we're one of the most (if not THE most) fiscally efficient and responsible nonprofits in our space. We are first and foremost advocates for the military community, and, as such, we commit 96 cents of every dollar directly to our veteran and military spouse employment mission.
