The Recruiter Connect Community (RCC) is a unique group of military connected recruiters (Veteran, Guard/Reservist or a Military Spouse) dedicated to enhancing military recruitment efforts through collaboration. This initiative focuses on creating a supportive network for veteran and military spouse recruiters. Our primary goal is to provide a platform where members can exchange insights, share best practices, support veteran job seekers and tackle common challenges faced in the veteran recruitment space.
