Our Partnership with the National Guard and Reserves

We do not compete with existing state or federal programs; we enhance them. VetJobs creates deliberate, tailored relationships across the military landscape to ensure seamless support for:
• Reserve Command Leadership: Reserve Component Commands and Major Subordinate Commands (Brigades, Wings, etc.).
• State Headquarters: Joint Force Headquarters across the 54 as well as ANG wings.
• Recruitment & Retention: ARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalions and ANG Recruiting Commands.
• Support Organizations: State ESGR Chapters and both Officer and Enlisted State Association Chapters.

Flexible Partnership Models
We recognize that every reserve command and every state has unique needs. VetJobs offers three customizable tiers of partnership to integrate with your existing mission:
Passive Referral
Integration of VetJobs resources and links directly onto your official command or state websites.
Active Referral
Active promotion of VetJobs services through digital/hardcopy materials and co-hosted virtual seminars for service members and spouses.
Full Use
Your unit gains access to our BrassRing Talent Management System to manage candidates internally with dedicated "reachback" support from the VetJobs team.
Private Public Partnership
VetJobs is proud to support the U.S. Army Reserve Private Public Partnership Program, known as P3, which helps connect Army Reserve Soldiers and their families to meaningful civilian career, internship, and education opportunities.
